Across southern California, catalytic converter thefts have largely increased. Your WPD, in partnership with the City of Westminster Public Works department, will be hosting a FREE Catalytic Converter Etching Event.

Location: Westminster Corporation Yard (14381 Olive St.). Please enter on Maple Street.

Having your catalytic converter etched or engraved with your vehicle identification number (VIN) or license plate number may deter theft. It can also help Law Enforcement identify the owner when an arrest is made.
