Community Foundation
The City Council authorized the formation of the Westminster Community Foundation during their regular meeting on April 26, 2023. The Foundation is made up of eleven directors, appointed by the City Council. The directors will serve a two-year term in office, however, upon establishment, one-year terms were implemented to assist with staggering the appointments on a going-forward basis.
This foundation is a California non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation and operates as a separate and independent entity from the City.
