The City of Westminster Community Services and Recreation Department offers facilities to rent for business meetings, birthday parties, wedding receptions, graduation parties and other special events.  The Community Services and Recreation Building is located at 8200 Westminster Boulevard and has a spacious ballroom, which can accommodate up to 200 people (Theater Style), or 170 people (Banquet Style).  Additional meeting rooms are also available for rent, which can accommodate a group of 10 to 50.

For your convenience, applicants interested in reserving one of the city's facilities may now submit a Facility Reservation Inquiry Form online to the Community Services and Recreation Department (link below).  City staff will review the request, check facility availability, assess pricing, and respond within 2 business days. The Community Services and Recreation Office is open for Reservations Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.  For additional questions, feel free to call (714) 895-2860.
