APPLICATIONS NOW BEING ACCEPTED FOR ALL OUR BOARDS/COMMISSIONS/COMMITTEES WITH TWO YEAR TERMS (2025-2027)
Advisory bodies play an important role in City governance by assisting the Mayor and City Council in addressing specific issues in detail, lending professional expertise, facilitating community decision-making, and serving as a primary conduit between citizens, City staff and departments, and the City Council.
Appointments are made to various Commissions, Boards, and Committees for terms that generally expire every two even numbered years, coinciding with the General Municipal Election cycle. Appointments are also made to fill unscheduled vacancies as needed. To view current vacancy notices, please visit the Public Notices page.
Unless otherwise noted, applicant must be a resident of Westminster. Applicants must provide:
- A completed and signed application;
- A signed Code of Ethics;
