The City of Westminster Human Resources Risk Management Division is committed to preventing losses for the City of Westminster. The Risk Management Division works on preventing employee injury, injury to the public, facility damage, equipment damage, and property loss. Prevention programs include employee safety training, hazard identification, and risk control.

The City contracts with a Third Party Administrator, George Hills & Associates, to manage these property and general liability claims against the City. The City's claims adjuster from George Hills can be reached at (951) 226-8853. Claim forms are available at the City Clerk's office - 8200 Westminster Blvd., Westminster, CA 92683 - for filing a formal written claim against the City.
