The Westminster Family Resource Center offers services to parents who have a child 18 or younger still living at home. The parents can be a couple or single parent. Languages available are English, Spanish and Vietnamese.

The Westminster Community Services and Recreation Department offers an after school parks program at Bolsa Chica, Liberty and Sigler Parks. Elementary school-aged children can enjoy a variety of free activities in a supervised, positive environment.
