The City of Westminster water utility department provides water services in Westminster and part of Midway City. You may sign up for water service or request water shut off by telephone or in person.

We are on a bi-monthly billing and tiered rate structure. For more information, please contact us.

Water bills are mailed out 28 days prior to the due date. A late fee of $10 will be added the day after the due date. An additional $15 hang tag fee will be added if payment is not made by the date on your late notice. If payment is still not received a $135 fee will be added upon disconnection of water service.

With Municipal Online Payments you will be able to view the balance of your water bill and your consumption history, make a one-time payment and setup automatic payments. Also, you will be able to view and download any of your bills issued after August 1^st, 2023!

To use this service you will need:

Your Account number from your water bill
Your Customer number from your water bill
Your Credit Card information if paying by credit card
Your Bank Routing number and Bank Account number if paying by eCheck
Your Email address for a confirmation of receipt
