MEASURE E

Measure E was enacted by Westminster Voters in 2024, and is a local 0.5% Transaction and Use Sales Tax (TUT) that legally cannot be taken by the State. The funding that Measure E provides is part of our overall General Fund revenues, targeting priorities identified by local residents, including fiscal stability, public safety, and maintaining local infrastructure.

MEASURE Y

Measure Y was enacted by Westminster Voters in 2022, and is a local 1% Transaction and Use Sales Tax (TUT) that legally cannot be taken by the State. The funding that Measure Y provides is part of our overall General Fund revenues, targeting priorities identified by local residents, including fiscal stability, public safety, and maintaining local infrastructure. Measure Y began collections on April 1st, 2023.

Measure Y sunsets March 31, 2043.

MEASURE SS  

Measure SS was enacted by Westminster Voters in 2016, and is a local 1% Transaction and Use Sales Tax (TUT) that legally cannot be taken by the State. The funding that Measure SS provides is part of our overall General Fund revenues, targeting priorities identified by local residents, including fiscal stability, public safety, and maintaining local infrastructure.

Measure SS expired December 31st, 2022.
