Create An Emergency Plan
The California Health and Human Services Agency (CHHS) has created an online tool that allows individuals to complete a personal emergency plan that includes a go-bag checklist and shelter checklist. This is designed to help those with access and functional needs be prepared for power shutoffs. The CHHS also has a Power Shutoffs Resource Guide available for those in de-energization areas and it also applies to the state of CA - including the city of Westminster.
