The City of Westminster is in the process of preparing its Fiscal Year 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, which will prioritize the housing and community development needs of the City’s low- and moderate-income residents. The Plan will influence how federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program funds will be used to address those needs over the next five years.
